Dear Sir or Madam,

The company World Expo International Ltd. in Bydgoszcz (WEI) since 2002 occupies in coordination and organization of foreign fairs and trade exhibitions.  

WEI is a collective coordinator of Polish participation, which main task is professional preparation and organization of fair event, exhibition or trade mission. 

Aim
Constant development by extending one´s trade offer, as well as professional and complex exhibition services. Qualified and experienced personnel provides the highest level of provided services. Individual approach towards every customer guarantees efficient accomplishment of each of stages of the project.
 

WEI provides services in:

    Coordination of foreign fairs and exhibitions

    Organization of trade missions

    Help with filling in  subsidisation application forms

    Author´s projects and arrangement of stands (MDF)

    System construction of stands (Octanorm/ Maxima Light)

    Technical services (connecting the Internet, power, water etc.)

    Advertising services

    Renting the meeting halls

    Hiring staff (hostesses, interpretors)

    Transport of exhibit items (customs inspection and insurance)
 

In 2006  WEI organized and coordinated 53 fair events outsider the country, in which took part over 150 companies from entire Poland.  

WEI  specialize in coordinating and organizing Polish collective participation among others in the following branches:

WEI realizes fairs program in the above branches taking into consideration the lists of fair events provided with the refund of Ministry of Economy within the program de minimis help, SPO-WKP, action 2.2.2. (more in the sector Refunded exhibitions) 

From the beginning of its activity WEI is the only representative of Poland of Fairs  Oil & Gas  in Kiev, as well as sequence of events of the oil-gas and mining business.
